NM H.B. 419 - Introduced January 23, 2008*

This bill appropriates $100,000 to the New Mexico Department of Health to fund dental services and oral health education for underserved children at high risk for dental disease. Services include comprehensive examinations, oral cancer screenings, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and educational outreach. The funds are to be used in fiscal year 2009, with any unexpended balance reverting to the general fund.
